Three Arrested in Connection with Child's Murder

In the city of Phoenix, three people have been placed under arrest after a child abuse investigation was conducted to look into the death of a two-year-old by the name of Juanita Buelna. Recently, the child was found unresponsive while inside of a Phoenix apartment.

While questioning the child's grandmother, she admitted to abusing the toddler. Two other men inside of the residence also admitted to harming the child. One man was the grandmother's boyfriend and the other was a family friend.

On Friday, the little girl had been left in the care of the two men and after the grandmother returned to the apartment at 4:30 PM, she called 911. Paramedics arrived at the apartment and tried to administer CPR, but they were unable to revive the child. She was rushed to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
