Traffic Delayed as Crews Clean Up Truck Accident Related Spill

Traffic was delayed for several hours in Webbers Falls after a tractor trailer overturned. Although no other vehicles were involved in the accident, it took time for emergency road crews to clean up the mess left behind. Police were called to the scene of the truck accident last Tuesday morning. The tractor trailer was lying on its side and the contents of its load were leaking onto the roadway. Luckily, the contents were deemed to be non-hazardous as the truck was carrying paraffinic oils. It took several more hours for contaminated soil to be removed and for the truck to be lifted upright.
