statewide “Buckle Up Campaign” to encourage motorists to wear
safety belts and remind them of current laws. The initiative is part of
the national “Click it or Ticket” campaign and is being supported
by the Phoenix Police Department, the Governor’s Office of Highway
Safety, and other agencies.
