Phoenix Officers Catch L.A. Assault Suspects

This week, officers in Maricopa County, Arizona told reporters that they had arrested two men who were wanted in connection with the brutal attack of a male in Los Angeles, California. News sources say that the assault took place in September and officers in Arizona became aware of the incident after they were contacted by law enforcement in Santa Monica, California.

Police in Santa Monica offered information about the first suspect, but were able to provide anything substantial regarding the second assailant. However, during investigations, officers in Arizona were able to conduct surveillance and eventually arrest both men tied to the violent crime.

The suspects, ages 24 and 25, were booked into jail immediately on charges of attempted murder. Officers say that the suspects will be sent back to L.A. in upcoming days and are currently being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
