5-Year-Old Hurt during Pedestrian Accident

On September 28th, news sources in Phoenix, Arizona reported a serious pedestrian accident. According to the sources, a 5-year-old boy was hit by a motor vehicle while he was walking with his mother. The driver involved in the incident had been traveling east and the boy had allegedly run into the street, prompting a collision.

Following the crash, the driver stopped and emerged from the car to check on the victims. Police arrived at the scene and said that during the investigation, the driver was cooperative and answered their questions.

Emergency crews were called to the scene and the young boy was taken to a nearby hospital. He suffered minor injuries including a cut on his head and a broken bone.

Officers are still looking into the case, but they currently believe that speed and alcohol did not play a role in the incident.
