In Montana, a registered sex offender that was jailed while awaiting trial for three rape offenses in the state has now been arrested for a 2001 sexual assault that occurred in Phoenix, Arizona.

His charges include kidnapping, aggravated assault and sexual assault. In 1997, he was convicted of kidnapping and sexual assault of a minor in the state of Arizona.
