A paparazzo has filed a
personal injury lawsuit against Andrew Wilson and actor Owen Wilson. The paparazzo, Clint
Brewer, claims that Andrew should be held liable for his injuries after
he pushed Brewer down a flight of stairs.
The lawsuit stems from an incident that occurred back in 2008. According
to Brewer, he was trying to snap a picture of Owen when Andrew shoved
him, causing him to fall down the stairs. As a result of the fall, Brewer
claims he has suffered "severe and extreme mental and emotional distress,"
and that he will "experience pain, suffering, worry, and anxiety
in the future."
Because Andrew was working for Owen at the time the incident occurred,
Brewer has also named Owen a defendant in the lawsuit. He is seeking $3,251
for medical expenses and $500,000 in general damages.
